Bill has 25 years of extensive Lean Six Sigma, Quality Engineering and Supply Chain Management experience in a variety of businesses. He is the Principal of "Supplier Six Sigma", a management coaching company that specializes in continuous improvement, operations management, lean six sigma problem solving, quality management systems, and supply chain management.

He received his Bachelor of Science degree in Electronics Engineering from the DeVry Institute of Technology in Columbus, Ohio. He is a Master Black Belt, a Senior Member and past Education and Vice Chair for the American Society of Quality. He holds certifications as a Certified Quality Engineer, Certified Quality Auditor, and Certified Manager of Quality/Organizational Excellence. He is also a past judge for the State of Ohio and Ohio Manufacturer's Association annual "Case Studies in Team Excellence" competitions.

Bill has saved hundreds of thousands of dollars for his clients and is considered an expert in continuous improvement.
